D1 News:
Former D1 athlete, Kenneth de Groh (Andrew '08), has gone on to play Division I volleyball at Rutgers University. Our director, Andrea, had the pleasure of accompanying him and his family as he signed his National Letter of Intent.

In September 2009, we will hold tryouts for the 2009-10 season. Similar to this past year, we will run D1 South teams that practice exclusively at Palos Courts, D1 North teams that practice exclusively at Fairview South Elementary in Niles, and D1 Green teams that practice at both locations. The following is the list of teams and age groups we hope to run:
D1 15 South
D1 15 North
D1 16 Green
D1 16 South
D1 16 North
D1 17 Green
D1 17 South
D1 17 North
D1 18 Green
D1 18 South
D1 18 North
To determine which age group you should be trying out for, see the following USA Volleyball age definitions:
18 and Under Division: Players born on or after September 1, 1991 or players born on or after September 1, 1990 and a high school student in the twelfth grade or below during some part of the current academic year.
17 and Under Division: Players born on or after September 1, 1992
16 and Under Division: Players born on or after September 1, 1993
15 and Under Division: Players born on or after September 1, 1994
